Max wanted to go on a holiday. The weather was snowy, but she still decided to go to the forest. She packed her bag carefully. She took a map, a sweatshirt, a compass, water, and other important supplies. Then she got into her car and started driving. In the middle of the road, her car suddenly stopped. Max had no choice but to continue on foot. After walking for about an hour, she started to feel lost. She stopped and looked at her map, but she didn’t really understand how to use it. While she was trying to figure it out, she suddenly heard a wolf sound. A wolf appeared and started coming closer to her. Max started running as fast as she could. She didn’t know where to go, but she kept running until she found a small shed. She quickly ran inside. The wolf could not enter the shed, so Max was safe for the moment. Max wanted to go home, but she didn’t know the way. She thought, “If I use my compass, maybe I can find my way back.” When she took out the compass, something strange happened. A portal suddenly opened in front of her! It led to a safe shelter house. Max went inside the portal and found herself in a safe place. Finally, she was rescued. After this scary adventure, Max decided one thing: She didn’t want to go on holiday anymore. She just wanted to stay at home.
