Good morning, everyone!
I am so excited because Ramadan is tomorrow. How do I know? Because I am the Moon! When people see me in the sky, they understand that Ramadan has started.
Some countries, like Saudi Arabia, begin Ramadan when they see me. In countries like Türkiye, Jordan, and Palestine, it can sometimes be on a different day. That is because they wait to spot me in their own skies.
I feel happy when Ramadan begins. I love to see the joy and excitement on people’s faces. Families gather together and prepare delicious food. Before fasting starts, they wake up early to eat suhoor, and I try to shine brightly for them.
I feel peaceful when I see families praying, sharing meals, and helping each other. Ramadan is a special time full of kindness, love, and togetherness. And in my own way, I celebrate it with them from the sky.
