The jar contained a very large seed. Other than its size, there was nothing out of the ordinary about this seed at all. The label on the jar, however, warned:

“THIS SEED SHOULD NEVER, NEVER BE PLANTED.”
It was a magical seed, and the villagers thought it was very dangerous and poisonous. In the legends, there was a city here, but one day a magician thought he could make very big vegetables. So he did a lot of experiments on an onion. After the onion became bigger, it destroyed the city. The last guardian made a magical jar and put the onion in it. Then the villagers came and built a village. But the guardian didn’t know magic very well, so the magic could break one day. And today, the onion has started eating the whole village.
