WHAT WOULD BE YOUR CLASSROOM RULES İF YOU WERE A TEACHER?

If I were teacher,my rules wouldn't be severe. My rules would be like this :

1-) If a student speaks without raising the finger,he or she will have an extra homework.

2-) If someone doesn't do homework, he or she will do his or her homework in breaktime.

3-) If someone makes noise, he or she will get a punishment.

4-) When we finish a unit in our book, everybody must be ready for a quiz.

5-) Last rule is when someone speaks, nobody will say something.

If someone speaks, he will write "I mustn't speak without permission". When someone is on the board, nobody must giggle.
