It happened when I was in 5th grade. It was the first day of the 2nd term. I was going to school happily, unaware of what would happen that day. I was happy because I didn’t see my friends for a long time. I came to school and had fun with my friends. But I noticed something.

My foot started to hurt very badly. I told my friends and sit somewhere. At that time, a child stepped on my foot while running. My foot was very painful, and I went to check it. My foot hurt but my big toe was bleeding. My friends brought me tissues and helped me to go to the nurse. My foot was bruised. When I went home, I talked to my mother and went to the doctor. The doctor said: “You got an ingrown toenail.” I guess I kept bumping my foot on something without realizing it. Or maybe it could have been the shoes I was wearing. From that day on, it got worse and even caused an infection in that area. My carelessness made me regret it. I even had surgery because my finger started to hurt. I couldn’t walk or even do homework for two weeks. But now that I am taking regular medication and dressing, my foot is back to the same state as before. Don’t put any obstacles in the way of making your dreams come true.
